Wayne A. Meyer
Resident of San Jose
July 22, 1927 - May 1, 2018
Wayne died peacefully at home, after a brief illness and a few weeks of Hospice care.
He touched the lives of many with his caring ways and positive outlook on life. He was
Truly an "Old School" Gentleman.
Wayne was born and raised in San Jose, the son of Albert and Augusta Meyer. He graduated from Lincoln high school and earned his BA from San Jose State, where he was a proud member of the SAE Fraternity - He enjoyed bringing his "Brothers" together for gatherings.
Most of Wayne's working years, were with his own company, as a Manufacturers Rep. He loved his work!! Wayne enjoyed skiing, tennis, hiking, biking, and golf. He was pretty good at all of them!
Wayne is survived by his loving wife Judy, daughter Shirlene Reeves, son Al Meyer, and daughter Lora Johnson (Billy), stepdaughters, Tracy Gould, Catherine Milovina (Michael), and Connie Reinmuth (Justin). He had 9 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Lucille Burbank, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
According to Wayne's wishes, there will be no service. He will be missed by all who knew him.
