A beloved and devoted daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend to many.
Annette treasured and adored her greatest joys, her husband Jason and their children immensely and embraced every moment with them. She had a warm smile that made you know you were welcome and had a loyal friend for life. She never expected anything more than you could give because she had the natural instinct to be a care taker for those who needed.
Annette grew up in San Jose, California. She had many childhood friends and married her neighborhood sweetheart, Jason Mawae on December 14, 1991. Annette and Jason left for Sanford, Florida to begin their journey through life together so that Jason could pursue a career as an airline pilot. Their first son, Nicholas was born in Florida and they stayed there from 1992-1999. In 1999 Annette and Jason moved to the Woodlands, Texas (1999-present) and continued to grow their family with the birth of their second son Kyle and later daughter Anna.
Annette was overjoyed being a mother to three beautiful children and faithful friend to many. She also enjoyed reading, sewing, traveling, organizing, caring for others, she had a grace about her and always remained calm under pressure. She was dedicated to making sure that her children felt special, loved and made sure they had lasting memories of their childhood by throwing amazing birthday parties. She and Jason had a love of Halloween that their neighbors can attest to, with their multiple block parties.
There are a lifetime of memories that can not be summarized in short. The family and all who were lucky enough to have been a part of her life will forever miss her illuminating smile and have those memories deep rooted in their hearts forever.
No keia la, no keia po, a mai loa
From this day, from this night, forever more.
